I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel! The location right on the lake was simply breathtaking. Waking up to the view of the water every morning was a dream come true. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, an in-room safe, and a flat-screen TV. Everything was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. The dining restaurant had delicious food, and the breakfast with fresh homemade butter, bread, and jams was outstanding. The free Wi-Fi and car park were also great conveniences.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel right on the lake! The best aspects were the clean room with a spacious tatami area and the beautiful outdoor onsen with a view of the water. The breakfast was also outstanding with fresh homemade butter, bread, and jams. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided transportation to and from the hotel, making it easy to explore the area.

The Italian restaurant exceeded our expectations, offering delicious food and wine at excellent prices. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a shuttle bus service and making us feel welcome.

The beds were slightly too hard for our preference. while the decor and cleanliness were impeccable, the corridors could benefit from an update.

Spent Easter weekend in a beautiful hotel by the lake, great spot to relax and unwind. The room was large enough and we loved the view of the lake. The sento was in a separate building and open from 6 am to midnight, quite convenient. We enjoyed soaking in the hot-water soaking pool outdoors while admiring the stunning sky. Breakfast had a pretty good variety, the Western omelette was delicious.

The downside of this hotel is the lack of hooks in the walls, there was nowhere to hang towels, jackets or sweaters. Plus, even though this hotel is located in a quiet area, it is a little far away from the main city, it took us a while to get there.
